Cross coutry training

Wow!This morning we had a exciting begining ..guess what we had cross country out on the feild I felt very excited.As soon as the girls started to run I nearly slipped as I was running but I kept up with the others then I was coming third.The grass felt slimy,squashy and yucky but I still enjoyed the run.When I was runing I couldfeel the slimy mud going on my legs.I tried to concentrate as I was runing because I wanted to stop but I didn't because I knew that I could make it.I could see that there were not that much girls behind me so then I try catch up to Simone andRobin which were in the front.We were runing seperatly Robin in the front Simone second then me third.As we were going towards Mrs Lagitupu I had a smile:)on my face because I didn't stop the whole way.This morning my achievement was alright but next time I want to be better.

Cross Country

Wow!! I couldn't even believe it, it was cross country but I had to because every one was in their house colours .When i saw the racers coming I could see mud all over their feet. As I was waiting for the eleven year old girls I was getting goose bumps all over me.

When the girls got told to stand up I felt nervous walking towards the field. While we were waiting for Mr Burt I felt so shy. When I was running I could fell the slimy, squashy, sloppy mud going between my toes.

When I nearly reached the toilets where my throat felt so dry that I needed to drink. I really wanted to stop but then I knew that 'Champions Never Give Up!'. if they're fighting for something so then I kept on running even though the slimy mud was going onto my legs!

As I was reaching the finish line my body felt so exhausted and when I finished I felt so proud of myself!!!!!. I really hope that this year was my last time doing cross country!!!!!

World Champs 2007

World Champs at Waitakere Stadium....Barbados verses Malaysia......
We went for Barbados it was a cool game there was lots of cheering for both teams, they were both good. There were lots of intercepts coming through both teams! At half time we were eating but we had to buy it from the shop. Luckily we had our own money....
I brought a trumpet it was so nice the flavour was chocolate lol hehe!
We had fun with the thunder sticks, it was loud. We had the meanest fun ahahahaha Lmbo!
The score was 62 37!! Everybody had fun there. The team we went for won and that was Barbados. Barbados were cool and the tall people...The girls that were tall they had pretty things on their hair!! The other girls, they had nice hair also....

My cool time at the Rainbows end With Tinei,Simone and also Mrs Nua!!

On Saturday morning Tinei came over to my house and picked me up but first she picked up Simone ...It was morning and I hadn`t had breakfast so we had breakfast at Mcdonald`s.We went through the drive through and we ordered bacon & egg with a mc'muffin.We were eating our breakfast on the way to Rainbows End.
We got to Rainbows End and our first ride was the pirate ship.The Pirate was so cool. I was kind of scared but Mrs Nua was right beside me so I was not scared anymore.
Our second ride was the fear fall. The fear fall was so scary and it felt like I wanted to go to the toilet but it was too late, we were already up to the top. When we were on the top I got a fright when we fell. It was funny because we fell like nothing.
Our third ride was the bumper cars it was so cool. Tinei and I went into one car and Simone went into one car too, but she drove all by herself, and Tinei and I drove in one car. It was so cool there. It was like we were driving a real car.....
